We offer excellence in psychiatric care to include medication management, medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders, and individualized therapy services. We are seeking: a full-time administrative assistant to work with our front desk team at our Colorado Springs location.
We offer:
· Monday through Friday shifts, rotating shifts with the administrative team. You will be required to work four 10 hour shifts from 8 am - 6:30 pm, with an hour break for lunch.
· Hourly pay starting at $18 an hour

Education and Qualifications
· Previous experience in the medical field is preferred
· Familiarity with electronic health records and multi-line phone systems
· Must be detail oriented, familiar and comfortable with technology (i.e. Microsoft programs, word processing, internet search engine, basic computer functions, electronic payment systems), and be willing to work and multi-task in a fast paced team environment.
· Must understand HIPAA and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
Job Duties and Team Dynamics:
· Build patient charts and schedule clients for appointments in an electronic health care
system
· Patient check-ins and collection of payments via in person or telehealth appointments being a versatile team player for administrative support in multiple departments of psychiatry and addiction within our practice.
· Coordinate and verify patient eligibility and benefits
· Code and submit bills for processing
· Upload and edit information within clients' electronic health records
· Answer multi-line office phones
· Send, receive, and upload all faxes and records regarding to patient care into the clients' electronic health record
· Coordinate the office schedule for multiple providers/therapists within the practice
· Process medical record requests in a timely fashion
