We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is 100% in-office and is essential in welcoming visitors, directing calls, and supporting our team with general administrative and office management task. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and excel at working with spreadsheets, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Direct calls, messages, and visitors to the appropriate team members.
- Cover phones for the Service Department during breaks, lunches, and meetings (as needed).
- Order and maintain office supplies through Staples or other vendors.
- Order and track business office forms, letterhead, business cards, and related items.
- Keep kitchen and office supplies cleaned, organized, and stocked.
- Prepare and manage FedEx shipments, including scheduling pickups online or by phone.
- Track and process business license renewals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain front desk area and conference rooms to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
- Build and maintain tracking spreadsheets for office needs, reporting, and department support.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Support team members with scheduling and administrative task as needed.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (formulas, data validation, and reporting required). Candidates must be able to demonstrate Excel competency as part of the interview process.
- 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with the ability to handle visitors and phone calls effectively.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
