Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop, data entry, spreadsheet management, customer service, and providing backup dispatch support.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
  • Manage and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Process invoices, payments, and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Assist with filing, document organization, and general administrative duties
  • Provide backup dispatch support as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor information
  • Support office staff with various administrative projects

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop required
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional
