Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop, data entry, spreadsheet management, customer service, and providing backup dispatch support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
- Manage and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Process invoices, payments, and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
- Assist with filing, document organization, and general administrative duties
- Provide backup dispatch support as needed
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor information
- Support office staff with various administrative projects
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
