We are looking for a Full-time Administrative Assistant for our growing custom home construction company based in Chagrin Falls, OH. We offer our employees the opportunity to be an integral part of a close-knit group with the common goal of moving the company forward.

The Company: Brookes & Henderson Building Co., LLC is a high-end residential custom construction company with on-going services that is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

Position Requirements:

Skills/Experience that will help one to accel in this Position:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with QuickBooks / Bookkeeping
  • Experience/Certification with Procore, or Other Construction Software (Not Required, but Strongly Encouraged)

Job Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Assistant o Assist in Employee On-Boarding o Prepare Payroll & Maintain Documents o Maintain HR Apps
  • General Office Tasks o Record Filing o Maintain Office Cleanliness o Office Supply Maintenance o In House IT (Liaison to external IT Company) o App Maintenance (Time Keeping & Expense Apps) o Field Office Phone Calls & Visitors o Equipment Inventory o Maintain Subcontractor W-9’s, Insurance & BWC Certificates o Daily Bookkeeping/Entries o Small Projects and Tasks Assigned by Multiple Departments
