Bryson City United Methodist Church is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-centered Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our church office. We are a small rural church that strives to make a big impact by living out our mission: “We are growing as disciples of Jesus Christ, being transformed by the Holy Spirit, and reaching out in the love of God to our community.” Or to put it more simply: Love God. This role is often the first point of contact for our church and community. We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, curious, open-minded, and committed to caring for people in mind, body, and spirit. The ideal candidate enjoys supporting others, keeps track of details, and takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
