ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of the office including answering a multi-line phone system, greeting guests, completing agency errands, as well as various administrative tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school or General Education Degree (GED) and two years of relevant experience in an office environment and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are required. The ideal candidate has proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, strong clerical skills with meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment handling multiple phone lines, strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and a proactive attitude towards problem solving and assisting team members. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, have access to personal transportation and be willing to complete agency errands when needed.
COMPENSATION: $19.08-$22.89 per hour based on education and experience. Benefits include a generous leave package including annual leave, sick leave, and personal days; 11 paid holidays; health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 403(b) with employer match; and potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness.
