Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure a smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of dispatching for a HVAC company and leadership experience.

Duties

  • Manage schedules for multiple technician's for a busy HVAC company. Renewing maintenance contracts, scheduling installations and repairs, getting permits and various other jobs that would help to make sure the work flows properly.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with courteous and effective communication.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with scheduling software programs.
  • Effective phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills that demonstrate reliability and time management expertise.
