Frontier LLC is a commercial and residential concrete contractor for new construction. Providing general contracting, construction management, and self development services across the surrounding region and Western Wa. We are looking for an Administrative assistant.
- Parts procuring
- Order and manage inventory of parts for a variety of light-duty and commercial vehicles.
- Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of supplies through approved suppliers and vendors.
- Manage phone calls, emails, calendars, and daily administrative tasks.
- Assist management in scheduling pump operators and coordinating daily work activities.
- Serve as a dispatcher by receiving, assigning, scheduling, and tracking work orders.
- Communicate work assignments and project details to drivers to ensure timely completion of operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing all necessary information for successful deliveries and job site drop-offs.
- Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain effective internal communication between management, drivers, operators, and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on work orders and service requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
