We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring a well-organized showroom, and contributing to a customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in office software, and the capability to maintain a welcoming and presentable showroom environment. Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to sales leads via email or phone communication
  • Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival in the showroom
  • Work with customers to place orders for small items.
  • Assist customers with the selection of hardware for their projects.
  • Provide information about products and procedures, addressing general inquiries
  • Prepare accurate invoices
  • Manage appointment scheduling for designers, deliveries and our service department efficiently using ERP software and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Create high-quality 3D renderings as per company requirements (Training Provided)
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
  • Ensure the showroom is organized, samples are well-stocked, and maintains an appealing appearance for customer visits
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using office software
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a tidy and welcoming showroom environment
