The individual we are looking for has the following characteristics.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be the day to day administrative support functions required by the COO as well as the day to day customer service functions.
Organizational Skills: Provide weekly reports that include analytical data, create operational procedural documents and forms, gather and research information on competitors and products. Keep detailed customer files. Organize and maintain electronic product labeling files.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to relate to customer (retail, WHS, DIS) in a professional and courteous manner (through phone conversations and email), troubleshoot and resolve customer related problems, expediting corrects or adjustments and following up to ensure resolution. Responsible for processing orders received via e-commerce sites.
Quick to learn products and able to recommend and provide guidance to customers specific needs, build relationships and cross sell. Will monitor, manage, and analyze customer posted reviews.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: with focus on Excel and Word. Quickbooks knowledge a plus.
