Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required.

Essential functions and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Insure the accuracy of customer field tickets; sort, price, etc.
  • Maintain equipment transfers.
  • Update Excel schedules to reflect equipment usage and transfers.
  • Prepare various Excel weekly reports for distribution.
  • Assist with preparing maintenance work orders and inspections.
  • Assist with answering phones.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

40 hours - minimal overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
