About the Position
Sunfire Glass, Inc. is a growing architectural glass fabricator serving manufacturers, glazing contractors, and construction professionals throughout Florida and the Caribbean. We are seeking a professional, organized, and career-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Hialeah Gardens and Medley facility.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who wants long-term growth and stability within a structured and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Monitor and manage general company email communications.
- Greet customers, vendors, and job applicants.
- Support customer inquiries and route requests to appropriate departments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate job applications, interview scheduling, and onboarding paperwork.
- Track PTO requests and assist with employee documentation.
- Support general administrative and office operations.
- Assist management with special projects, process improvements, and internal coordination.
- Take ownership of assigned administrative initiatives and follow through to completion.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional phone and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
