Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
The position is in the Tri-Cities office, however provides administrative support for The Andersen Firm’s offices located in South Florida, New York, and Tennessee. The administrative assistant will be responsible for preparing estate planning portfolios for all clients, shipping estate planning portfolios for signing, processing the estate planning portfolios upon return, preparing, and organizing files, facilitating immediate access of information by other offices through electronic imaging, answering incoming calls for the firm, serving as receptionist for the Tri-Cities office and other tasks as assigned.
