Administrative Assistant

Description:

Wallace Collision Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative as our business continues to grow. While prior experience may be beneficial, it is not a requirement. This position requires terrific communication skills, in person with customers and telephone/email. A positive attitude and willingness to learn is an absolute must. Our team culture is of utmost importance, and all are willing to help one another with any task/situation. We work in an extremely fast paced environment, requiring a constant reprioritization of tasks at hand. This position requires timely decision making and ability to make decisions that are best for the business at all times.

Job Profile:

· Dress in an appropriate and professional manner, according to company policy

· Possess excellent organization and communication skills

· Be very outgoing and have ability to establish personal connection with customers/employees/suppliers

· Keep customers updated throughout repair process

· Have the ability to adapt to daily changing circumstances and needs of the business

· Have excellent attitude and work well with entire staff at Wallace Collision Center

· Possess ability to use all estimating systems, parts systems, and other software/hardware that collision center uses that applies to job (knowledge of computers, tablets, Microsoft Apps are a must)

· Have basic math skills and ability to use calculator proficiently

· Provide assistance in resolving customer concerns and or complaints

· Maintain determined levels of CSI scores with various OEMS

· Document each repair order according to company policy

· Ability to communicate with insurance carriers and customers via email in a professional manner

· Ability to mirror match parts (determine if broken part matches new part that was ordered or will be ordered for repair orders)

· Ability to prioritize tasks according to most critical to least critical

· Ability to drive vehicles without restrictions

· Ability to arrive to work on time, each and every day

· Ability to identify damage from accident and damage that may have occurred prior to accident that is not related to a claim

· Ability to review damages with customer

· Ability to sell our business services and secure future repairs

· Ability to learn quickly and retain information so it does not have to be repeated time and time again

· Ability to take direction from multiple people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
