The University of New Mexico College of Arts & Sciences seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to serve as backup at the front desk at the Dean’s Office and provide general support and assistance for a variety of activities and tasks to include but not limited to TA/GA/RA Graduate Assistantships, Student Academic Scholarships, Payroll & Leave Usage processing, and Course Scheduling process backup.
The Administrative Assistant will also provide Outreach/Marketing & Event Planning support to three academic centers: The Institute for American Indian Research (IFAIR), the Institute for Medieval Studies (IMS), and the Feminist Research Institute (FRI).

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
