We are looking for a responsible Admin to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical and admin support to our managers, clients and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings with Clients
• Maintain internal databases
• Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external Clients
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails
• Prepare regular reports and presentations regarding clients
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Follow-up to new clients through calls.
• Handle queries from old customers and new clients

Requirements

• Candidate must know English fluently.
• Should be experienced as an Admin or relevant role
• Maintain internal databases
• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
• Knowledge of office policies and procedures
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
