Earlier experience in construction/trade or office work/administration is a big plus! Be self-motivated, independent, and enjoy a rewarding challenge. Someone who wants an opportunity to prove themselves and have their hard work be a part of a company unlike any other.

Ideal skills:

Computer & technologically savvy

Must know how to type, use an iPhone, and other essential office equipment.

Microsoft Office experience

Salesforce or similar CRM Software experience

Excellent communication skills

You must be able to write or draft formal letters and documents.

Excellent communication skills over the phone, text, and email

Respectful and able to handle difficult situations with calm.

Customer service skills

Good with inbound and outbound calls

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred, but not needed)

Scheduling experience (preferred, but not needed)

Organized and punctual

Able to keep up with day-to-day and work in a collaborative environment.

Able to be in office on time and have reliable transportation.

Able to keep records of clients and customer needs.

Team Oriented

Able to work with different individuals throughout AVW and our Partners.
