As an Administrative Assistant , you will support administrative processes and ensure compliance with local billing regulations in Turkiye. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills, experience in administrative tasks and knowledge of local billing regulations. Experience with SAP Business One and proficiency in English are a plus.

• Manage and maintain records, documents and filing systems.
• Assist with accounting and financial administrative tasks .
• Support internal coordination and communication
• Prepare process and monitor invoices and delivery notes in compliance with Turkish regulations.
• Liaise with external partners and service providers when needed.

• Education: Vocational Diploma in Administration.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in similar roles, assisting with accounting and financial administrative task.
• Languages : Advanced English and Turkish.
• Candidates must be based in Antalya.

• Required: Excel and Parasut.
• Preferred : SAP Business One.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
