Administrative Assistant - Appraisal & Real Estate Office

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Computer knowledge (Windows)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Basic knowledge of the Real Estate industry
  • Basic knowledge in Real Estate and/or Business Appraisal
  • Basic accounting
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, Outlook)
  • Google Workplace (Drive, Gmail)
  • Typing, writing or journalism experience preferred
  • Canva or similar
  • Constant Contact or similar
  • Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Zoom Workplace

Tasks:

  • Emails, communications, promotions
  • Clerical and administrative tasks
  • Assistance with the preparation of quotations and appraisal reports
  • Virtual school student registration
  • Other related, as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma at minimum
  • Merchant Register
  • Will provide services as an independent contractor
  • Good Conduct Certificate from PR Police
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate industry (preferably and a huge plus)
  • Knowledge of Total, Total Sketch or Apex Software is a huge plus
  • Basic knowledge of comparables research is a huge plus
