Hampton Tedder has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant / Biller. The Administrative Assistant/Biller will be working directly with Principals, Project Managers and the Accounting Team at our headquarters in Montclair, CA.
Hampton Tedder is an electrical power contractor, family owned and operated in Southern California for the past 65 years. We specialize in medium and high voltage electrical power engineering, design, planning, construction, maintenance, and testing. We have three major facilities in the southwest US with clients from all over the world. Successful candidate must possess strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Microsoft Excel as well as demonstrate above average attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

All applicants will be tested on their level of Excel knowledge and typing speed. Candidates with Excel skill levels of basic or lower, and / or typing speed less than 50 WPM, will be excused from the testing process and will not advance on to the interview.
