The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created, high-impact role supporting the Chief Compliance Officer while helping shape the operational backbone of a fantastic Compliance and Risk team. This is a chance to act as a strategic partner, bringing structure, foresight, and cohesion to a fast-moving, intellectually rigorous environment. The right candidate will play a critical role in building processes, driving efficiency, and elevating how the team operates.
Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for the CCO, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized

Coordinate team meetings, communications, and cross-functional touchpoints to maintain alignment and momentum

Own and streamline the annual compliance manual review process, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met

Lead logistics and execution of the annual compliance meeting, including end-to-end coordination

Act as a central hub for team operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across a distributed team

Support light travel coordination, primarily for conferences and key events

Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Assist in onboarding and supporting team adoption of new technologies, including emerging AI tools
Ideal Background

Minimum 8 years experience supporting C-suite executives in a professional services environment, ideally asset management, financial services, or legal environments

Prior exposure to Legal or Compliance teams is required

Strong ability to “manage up” and operate as a proactive, strategic partner

Demonstrated success building or improving administrative processes and workflows

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Confident communicator with the ability to engage and coordinate across diverse stakeholders

Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

A 4-year college degree is required
