Administrative Assistant, Corporate Communications

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Administrative Assistant to support three Senior Directors and their teams. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and is a collaborative, positive, proactive team member who has the ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.

- Provide advanced administrative support to multiple Senior Directors, with overall team support - Calendar management, organizing meetings across multiple time zones - in person and virtually - Book and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic and international, and process expense reports as needed - Support day-to-day needs, including escorting people in and out of secured areas for meetings, providing lunches, printing documents, and other tasks to make the day run smoothly - Partner with hiring managers on new hire setup, including ordering equipment, and securing workspace - Serve as an IT contact for the team, tech savviness is a big plus to support the overall team with ad hoc and daily requests - Support Facilities needs for the team, including conference room management, badge access, printer maintenance, office supplies ordering, etc. - Partner with team Admins to support product launches and other Company events - Maintain team subscriptions, Chorus pages and product inventory - Provide catering support

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $42.64 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
