Job Title: Female - Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist – Real Estate ONLY!
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist to support our real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and company databases.
- Schedule appointments, property viewings, meetings, and developer events.
- Assist agents with administrative, marketing, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and property records.
- Welcome visitors, answer calls, and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, correspondence, and daily office operations.
- Maintain attendance records, leave applications, and company expense records.
- Assist HR with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of administrative or receptionist experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property portals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
