This is a part-time (20 hours a week) position:

  • Provides administrative and logistical support for projects, initiatives, and programs for the UCP Charter School Dissemination Project including but not limited to:
    • Coordinate calendar of grant activities.
    • Coordinate the submission of resource materials and track and submit stipends for UCP On-Line Resource Hub
    • Assist in the coordination of the production of model classroom videos.
    • Coordinate the logistics of UCP Inclusion Experience, mini-conferences and on-line professional development webinars/coaching.
    • Assist in development of content highlighting project stories.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements/payments for out of state travel.
  • Develop systems and track data for grant compliance/performance measure outcomes
  • Provide support with the preparation of reports, documents and presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Training:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) – Preferred Associate-Degree in business administration, non-profit management or related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative support experience preferably in a school/education setting.
  • Demonstrated successful project management experience.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and other technology skills (social media, webinars, AI)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer services skills and demonstrated ability to successfully work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong initiative/ability to create systems and work with minimum supervision
