Job Description: Administrative Assistant - Female
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary Range: SAR 6,000 - SAR 7,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our office operations, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient running of the office. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management:
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Manage and procure office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Ensure the office common areas are tidy, professional, and well-maintained.
- Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls and manage professional correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and documents.
- Financial/HR Support (as needed):
- Process and track expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight, accommodation, and visa processing.
- Documentation and Data:
- Maintain confidential company and client records with the utmost discretion.
- Create and update databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar clerical role.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Technical: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Residency: preferred for Saudis female.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment in Riyadh.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, video conferencing systems).
