Administrative Assistant (Female)

FEMALE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Female Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily administrative and office tasks

- Answer phone calls and manage emails

- Maintain filing systems and office records

- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence

- Support HR and management with administrative duties.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle office responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred:

- Experience in UAE.

- Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation.

- First Preference will be given from Tunisia,Egypt,Algeria,Moroco and Syria.

- Salary to be discussed based on experience & performance of the interview.
