Administrative Assistant (Female)

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Administrative Assistant (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist management, and ensure smooth administrative workflows within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication professionally
  • Prepare documents, reports, and maintain filing systems
  • Support management and team with scheduling and follow-ups
  • Assist in data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate with different departments as required

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate or office coordination (advantage)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (plus point)
