Our manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support management as well as invoicing, billing, and purchasing. This individual will be working closely with the current Accounts Payable Department. To be successful, this candidate will need experience in an office setting, along with data entry knowledge. Ideally, this candidate will be well organized and self-motivated.

Job Duties:

· Daily scanning & filing

· Assist with other departments as needed

· Matching bills (PO’s & Invoices)

· Maintain relationship with vendors, placing orders for products based on current inventory needs, and tracking shipments

· Perform vendor research to enhance profitability and reduce operating costs

· Work with Warehouse staff to review deliveries with purchase orders and help identify discrepancies

· Miscellaneous office duties

Requirements:

· 2 year QuickBooks experience required.

· College Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Intermediate computer program skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong problem solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

· Ability to work independently, and with a team, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timeliness.

· Displays a genuine passion for their work and portrays a sense of purpose and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
