We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to join our Cincinnati team. The Junior Marketing Assistant will provide support to the marketing team in planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns and client projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate logistics for promotional activities, client events, and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain and organize project files, reports, and client information.
• Assist with tracking campaign performance and compiling data into reports.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Skills

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $44,744.82 - $53,886.23 per year
