The Administrative Assistant will provide non-clinical operational and project support to the Preoperative Assessment Clinic leadership team. This role is responsible for assisting with scheduling coordination, project tracking, communication management, and administrative workflow support to improve efficiency and allow clinical leadership to focus on patient care operations and strategic initiatives.Entity

Job Description
Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings across multidisciplinary teams (surgery, anesthesia, perioperative services, Epic teams, etc.)
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for ongoing operational initiatives (e.g., clinic expansion, Epic optimization)
Draft, format, and distribute communications on behalf of leadership (emails, updates, summaries)
Manage shared documents, trackers, and reports (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and leadership materials
Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Assist in aligning availability for project workgroups and operational meetings
Provide ad hoc administrative assistance as needed to support clinic operations and leadership initiatives
Help streamline communication and reduce inefficiencies in administrative workflows
