Job Details
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting a construction, engineering, or professional services office
Familiarity with scheduling, document management, and general office coordination
Exposure to basic accounting, invoicing, or project-related administrative tasks
