Administrative Assistant / Operations Coordinator (Growth Opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, reliable, and hungry individual who wants more than just a typical admin job.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how real businesses operate, gain exposure to real estate and CFO-level financial services, and grow into a higher-level operations role over time.

You will work directly with the owner across multiple businesses and play a key role in keeping things organized, moving, and executed.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing schedules, appointments, and daily priorities

- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and text

- Coordinating real estate showings, contracts, and follow-ups

- Sending reports and tracking client deliverables

- Working with offshore team (India) and ensuring tasks are completed

- Tracking loan payments and following up on overdue accounts

- Assisting with marketing (flyers, promotions, social posts)

- Supporting day-to-day operations across multiple businesses

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Bilingual (English + Spanish preferred)

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and stay on top of multiple priorities

- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Workspace
