Administrative Assistant- part time

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team! As a vital part of our office operations, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate daily activities, and ensure smooth communication . Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help keep our office running efficiently while providing excellent customer service to clients.

Duties

  • Answer phones to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages promptly
  • Data entry, filing, and using and Google Workspace tools and Quickbooks.
  • Help with advertising, social media ads, and generating new business
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for staff
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, and general clerical duties including creating invoices and accounts receivable
  • Provide customer support by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to assist with invoicing
  • Must be able willing to cover for time off, which may include a full week

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
