Administrative Assistant & Parts Room Manager

Fourth Front Aviation Colorado, Inc. is hiring for an on-site administrator and parts manager. We are a growing aircraft maintenance facility located on Colorado Spring Airport. We are a team of 5 mechanics, and you will be working front and back office tasks, including parts room management, purchasing parts, administering various programs (such as FAA requirements, tool calibration schedules, shipping/receiving, etc.), and working with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts room inventory, including receiving, stocking, and issuing parts, consumables, and equipment.
• Administer various programs
• Utilize ERP systems
• Receive calls from and greet customers and vendors
• Utilize ERP systems, order management systems, and CMMS platforms to track inventory levels, process purchase orders, and update records accurately.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving
• Experience managing inventory and working in a production environment

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
