Administrative Assistant - Plaintiff PI

Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Administrative Assistant for Plaintiff Personal Injury in Washington, D.C.

An established firm based in Washington, D.C. with over 25 years in practice is seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join their team as an Administrative Assistant supporting plaintiff personal injury, including auto accident cases , in Washington, D.C. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to litigation support and law firm operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Offer: Salary range: $45,000-$55,000+ depending on experience

Qualifications: Recent bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn

Responsibilities: Providing daily administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and office staff
Assisting with file organization, document scanning, data entry, and case file maintenance
Drafting routine correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and supporting front-office needs as needed
Assisting with intake paperwork, mail distribution, and general office tasks to keep the firm running smoothly
