Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to provide internal support and coordination for the development, renovation, and maintenance of company properties. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, vendor coordination, invoice management, crisis/emergency management, and overseeing service requests from facilities. Follows all regulations and laws and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the company’s administration and Policies and Procedures.
Education/Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
A background in project and/or construction management, architecture, real estate, or a related field is advantageous.
Shifts and Wages:
Full-Time Opportunity Available
Shift Needed: Varies
Wage: $31.25 -36.00/hr. Based upon experience.
