· Collects, compiles, and analyzes moderately complex data and information.
· Composes straight forward written descriptions of results.
· Enters morning report information into computer for morning meeting.
· Generates weekly shift schedule in a timely manner.
· Orders office supplies for the PSD and OCC Departments
· Maintains departmental employee files
· Tracks and issue attendance documents to management while providing feedback to supervision concerning needed action.
· Creates and distributes department newsletters and other communication.
· Acts as liaison between PSD and OCC Departments and Payroll Department.
· Interfaces with hourly personnel
· Keeps up with work schedules, vacations requests, and personal holiday of employees.
· General typing, reports and other miscellaneous typing required by supervisors and other personnel.
Required Experience:
· Must have high school diploma or GED. Must have a minimum of three years of experience in secretarial, bookkeeping, or administrative duties. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
· Pay level variable depending on experience.
