Administrative Assistant (Real Estate)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, exceptional time management abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within our office.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Serve as the front desk representative, greeting clients and answering inquiries with excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized files and databases for property listings, client information, and transaction records.
  • Coordinate communication between staff, clients, contractors, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry and management of real estate documents.
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and assisting with social media updates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading is essential.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in customer service will be beneficial for interacting with clients professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour
