Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Operations - Female Candidates Only

  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes while supporting large-scale, high-value real estate transactions and internal coordination.

This position requires someone proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team and management
  • Assist in the coordination and documentation of real estate transactions and deals
  • Maintain and organize property files, contracts, and legal documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries related to projects and investments
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, investors, brokers, and internal teams
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence
  • Liaise with government authorities, legal teams, and external stakeholders when required
  • Support in tracking project timelines, deal progress, and key deliverables
  • Handle incoming inquiries, calls, and emails professionally
  • Assist in property listings, marketing coordination, and database management
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting real estate transactions, brokerage, or investment firms
  • Familiarity with property documentation, contracts, and regulatory processes in Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
