Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist the ELV Maintenance team in GRA systems to ensure proper tracking of maintenance activity
  • Support HR/Accounts with administrative task, time keeping, payroll documentation, expense reports and monitoring
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
