Administrative Assistant - (UAE Nationals only)

Spencer Interiors is a reputed interior fit-out and contracting firm in the UAE, delivering premium solutions across commercial, retail and hospitality sectors. In line with our commitment to Emiratization, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our team as an Administration Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
  • Handle incoming emails and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in preparing letters and internal communications if required.
  • Organize and maintain company records, employee files and databases.
  • Support HR and PRO teams with documentation, visa processing, and onboarding activities when necessary.
  • Assist in translation of documents from English to Arabic.
  • Perform additional office tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in administration, office support is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
