We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Accounts Assistant to support daily office operations and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, attention to detail.
Administrative Duties (Primary):
Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries.
Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork, attendance records, etc.
Accounting Duties (Secondary):
Assist in data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Maintain basic accounting records in Excel or accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Xero – add your software).
Support month-end closing tasks and report preparation.
Reconcile basic accounts such as cash and petty cash.
Assist the accountant with documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
