A well-established, full-service advertising and marketing agency in West Palm Beach is seeking an administrative assistant with creative/SEO copywriting skills to join our growing team. We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a gift for crafting compelling content to support our CEO and account management.

You'll assist with typical administrative tasks such as answering the phone, ordering office inventory, and coordinating office events (birthdays, anniversaries), as well as coordinating the CEO's schedule. These tasks can include reminding him of his calendar schedule, coordinating internal and external communications and meetings, and handling any other assorted tasks or small projects.

The admin responsibilities is roughly 20 hours a week, so we are looking for someone who can also handle creative and SEO writing duties across multiple channels for a variety of clients.

In this fast-paced environment, no two days are the same—you’ll write everything from blogs and website/SEO content to ad campaigns, taglines, and scripts. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day client and office/administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and coordinate the CEO's daily schedule.
  • Write engaging, on-brand content for websites (including metadata, landing pages and blogs), email campaigns, print ads, and other marketing materials for a numerous clients in a variety of industries.
  • Develop clear, persuasive messaging and maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize digital content.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and updating website content (WordPress experience a plus).
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Graphic Designers, and the Creative Team to bring campaigns to life.
  • Proofread and fact-check all written materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional copywriting or content writing experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Excellent creative writing, editing, and grammar skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and writing effective metadata.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, fast and eager learner, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with WordPress and Adobe tools is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
