Administrative Assistant/Billing Clerk - 12:00pm-8:30pm Shift

Local long-standing truck line North Park Transportation Co in Salt Lake City, UT has an immediate full time Administrative Assistant/Data Entry opening. This is an in-office position reporting to the Office Manager.

Pay Range: $18.00-$18.50/hr, depending on experience.

Hours: 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely and accurate data entry.
• Index driver paperwork into the imaging system for processing.
• Perform general office duties such as data entry, mailing, filing, scanning and copying.
• Familiar with EDI requirement standards.
• Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation.
• Works outside of general job description duties to assist others on an as-needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years’ data entry experience.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
