Kids World Learning Center is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the childcare or education field and will consider candidates with a banking background. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our learning center, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as required
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
