Administrative Assistant/Driver

We are a well-established medical laboratory facility that has proudly supported clinics and physician offices across the metropolitan area for over 20 years. Our lab is known for its excellent track record in service and quality. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable team member who is eager to contribute to our continued growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administrative & Customer Service Duties
• Enter patient demographic information each morning from previous day orders
• Verify and update medical insurance benefits
• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• File documents and assist management with day-to-day office operations
• Pack and prepare supply orders
• Receive deliveries and stock the supply room
• Maintain inventory and assist with inventory management
• Lift and move supplies (up to 50 lbs as required)

Driver Responsibilities

• We are also seeking a dependable Personal Driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services for us.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional driving experience at all times

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Strong data entry and general computer skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

Driver-Specific Requirements

• Proven experience in driving, shuttle service, limousine service, or delivery driving
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type
• Clean driving record

Schedule & Employment Details

• Daytime shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be open to working Saturdays
• Driving duties primarily occur in the afternoons and evenings
• Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
