Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, organized, and customer-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support executive leadership, including the CEO, while helping ensure smooth daily branch operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional office environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and management team
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Organize board meetings, internal meetings, and virtual sessions
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as needed
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and business documents
Front Desk & Operational Support

  • Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and warmly
  • Direct customers and loan clients to the appropriate departments
  • Support general office operations and branch administrative needs
What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required (3–5 years preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous banking or professional office experience is a plus
