Position: Receptionist (Ladies Salon)

This is not a basic front desk job.
We’re looking for someone who understands client experience, knows how to manage bookings efficiently, and can turn every visit into a loyal customer relationship.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in salons or beauty centers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to handle busy schedules
• Confident in recommending services and supporting sales
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Manage bookings and appointments professionally
• Welcome clients and ensure a premium experience
• Coordinate between departments smoothly
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Support business growth through smart service recommendations
