Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions via WhatsApp. The role includes responding to inquiries, coordinating with receivers, and arranging deliveries. The ideal candidate should have experience using WhatsApp Business, strong professional English skills, and excellent communication abilities. Basic florist tasks will also be required, such as preparing and trimming flowers.
