Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join Maghaseelna Laundry Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Location: Al Ain - mazyed near bawadi ball

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or application

Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Coordinate with operations team to ensure service quality

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service preferred

Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)

Ability to work under pressure

Basic computer skills
